Let us introduce ourselves ... We are Graeme Filippe & Deborah Wallace. We are pleased to offer a Relief Management Service to motel and accommodation owners.

Whether you are seeking temporary management for a short period or several weeks while you have that well deserved break, we can help. We are also happy to consider longer term contracts.

We have a wide range of experience and have worked in a number of resorts and hospitality businesses.

We have spent the last 8 years successfully leasing 3 motels varying in size from 18 to 41 rooms. This time has given us in-depth experience in all aspects of running accommodation properties ... from office/reception, restaurant, breakfast and evening meals served to rooms, as well as grounds and pool maintenance. We are also proficient in maintaining housekeeping standards, laundry and of course all aspects of staff supervision.

We are multi-skilled, honest and reliable managers. We offer complete dedication and total commitment to managing your valuable property to maintain the highest standards.
